Don’t ever recall this generation of Explorers being used as cabs, only the previous Hybrid one in NYC.

Yeah I’ve seen W bodies and Vic’s like that that. And that makes sense but an Explorer taxi doesn’t

I’ve seen a couple in DC where they literally will use anything and everything as a taxi.

Here in TX there isn’t really any standard taxi. I’ve seen Yellow Cab use paint just about everything yellow and use it as a cab including lots of vans and crossovers. Obviously up close even from the back you can tell it’s a cop but from a distance I think it passes.
